12/1/21 - Working with Sacramento DJ aka DJ Chris was absolutely amazing . DJ Chris was super easy to work with, very kind and patient, and he sure knows how to keep a wedding alive with the music and the dance floor. Whenever guests started to not be too fond of a song, he would switch it to another one that gets everyone back onto the dance floor. He knows how to read the crowd and he's fantastic. + affordable + timely + easy to work with + knows ALL genres of music for a wedding of all ages + has lovely lighting, and up lighting that is so worth the extra bucks. Trust his expertise and suggestions. He knows what he is doing. I'm definitely hiring Sacramento DJ for any future events. Can't wait. Have him DJ your party and you will NOT regret it!

10/17/20 - I first contacted Kris 9 or so Months before our Wedding event. I additionally contacted several other DJ Professionals as well. Right off the bat I knew he was the guy for the job. When the day came, HE DELIVERED!!! Sound system was awesome, lighting at nighttime was just right. Not to much and not too little. We had provided some sample songs and Kris filled in the gaps with all the great tunes that made the event a success. He was personable, thoughtful, and intuitive. Even knowing before hand to play the processional Music in a loop while the Bride was getting ready to walk down the isle. If you are planning an event, look no further. Kris is your man. You will not be disappointed.

11/4/2019 - Kris was the DJ for our wedding on November 2nd. We found Kris on Yelp and met about a year ago his prices were very fair. He explained immediately that 100 would be our deposit, and the rest would be paid in cash. Beyond this Kris was a true gentleman. He was extremely quick to respond to any of our questions. On the day of the wedding he set up hours before the reception. My father was supposed to pay him upon his arrival but as anyone who gets married will find out the day becomes very hectic. Kris trusted me and when we did arrive my dad paid him. He was not bothered at all. Our grand entrance was perfect he even pronounced my name correctly, it's French and most people never do. He had amazing uplifting all around the hall, and even had special lights for our couples table. He had brand new speakers that sounded amazing. Finally ours was a English/Spanish wedding, Kris flawlessly mixed the music together. So both families were very happy and felt equally represented. This is a fair and respectable man, he will do right by you and make your event very memorable.

5/18/2019 - Stop looking... you won't find a better DJ than you are looking at right here. DJ Kris is absolutely stellar. He shows up early, has great equipment and lighting, is very flexible and is a great addition to your event. I used him for my birthday party. We had around 60 people, ranging in age from 75 down to around 8, with a lot of twenty and thirty somethings. The range and style of the music was PERFECT. He can read a crowd and get knows how to get them out dancing. He was an integral part of our party. Trust me on this one. He will really help you have a great celebration!

8/28/2017 - I called DJ Kris on a Sunday morning at 8:15 AM, not at all surprised to get his voicemail. I was throwing a Hail Mary and never thought it would be successful. To my surprise, I received a call back about 10 minutes later and DJ Kris was on the line to help save my Nieces wedding day. To say it was short notice is not fair. It was no notice. Kris got to Tahoe by 11:15 that day and had his equipment in place, and playing music by noon. The "other" DJ flaked, but Kris saved the day for us. I would highly recommend Kris, especially if he has adequate time to prepare. Thank you Kris!

3/7/2019 - Kris was amazing! I hired him for my daughter's sweet 16 party. He worked with me picking appropriate music for teens. He showed up with lots of time to set up, was friendly with the guests, and very accommodating for guest music requests. He helped MC the activities and made sure guests knew what was going on. Kris is an all around great person! I would absolutely hire him again if I ever need a DJ.

11/3/2018 - Kris did a wonderful job during our wedding. Responds to emails and calls promptly, came early to set up his equipment. Easy to deal with and price is reasonable. Added bonus was a video he shot during the event. Thanks Kris.

11/1/2018 - DJ Kris was a great DJ for my wife's Surprise 40th birthday party and he was amazing. He was early for set up. Played the music that had my guest on the dance floor. Kris was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making my party amazing. I totally recommend him and if I ever through another party (NEVER AGAIN) I would totally call Kris. He was the only thing I didn't have to stress over.

8/27/2018 - Dj Kris is the best!!! My original dj bailed out hours before our big day!! Dj Kris came through he was there within the hour he worked with our budget and he had a quick set up. He suggested a lot of great songs which made our day that much more special!! This guy is the one to call ! Not only do my wife and I want to say thank you for coming on short notice and for giving me the confidence that everything was going to go as planned but also He put on one hell of a show ! He had our family and friends dancing non stop. I highly recommend him for any events you have! I know we will! Thank you !!!!!

8/27/2018 - Dj Kris came through for my buddy's wedding and saved the day on his own birthday of all days! Our Dj fell through so we found Dj Christian online called him up asked if he could do a wedding today in the next two hours?!? All he said was whats the address and I'll be there, I got you! Came to the hall set up and was ready to go couldn't of found a better guy or Dj at the last min like we did. THANKS AGAIN YOUR A HERO!

8/20/2018 - I have used Kris for my annual party 3 times now and apologize for not posting a review before. He is the best DJ you could hope to have for your event because he is reliable, trustworthy, considerate and most importantly, he gives you the type of entertainment you want for your event. In other words, Kris not only listens to you about the type of music you want, when you want it, how loud or soft you want it, he actually pays attention to your guests and makes minor adjustments to ensure that everyone is having a great time. I simply cannot say enough good things about Kris and encourage anyone thinking of using a DJ or who is just tired of all the "band groupies" that show up with a live band, to give Kris at try - you won't be disappointed!

12/18/2017 - I cannot say enough good things about Kris King and his DJ services! We had our holiday party outdoors and it was a bit chilly and quite windy, but Kris was a complete angel to work with. He arrived at 2pm for a 5pm party, set up his tables, music, lights, speakers, music source and was ready to start well in advance of guests arriving. Kris knows how to read a crowd, and created the perfect ambiance for the entire 5 hour party, starting low and easy, then cranking it up after an hour or so and every body was on their feet dancing the night away. He is a dream to work with, and a great value. Kris made the party, that's for sure, and he can give you my number for a reference any time. I will use him again!!

12/23/2018 - Kris is my hero. Simply put. I wish I could give 100 stars. He is someone I would have as a friend. I had a surprise 40th birthday party for my boyfriend and Kris really came through. His kindness, professionalism and genuine demeanor made the party even more of a success. I want to throw many parties so that I can use his services. It was more than I expected. 3 days before Christmas is not an easy thing to do, but he made it wonderful. Great songs, communication and a great energy. He was early to set up, was smiling the whole time and I could not have done it without his assistance. Very talented man and I wish him nothing but the very best in everything life has for him. 10/17/2018 - DJ Kris was my DJ for my 40th birthday this past weekend, and he was amazing. He was early for set up. The music had my guest on the dance floor all night. Kris had great communication during the planning process.Thank you for making my party Amazing and above my expectations. I totally recommend him.

7/7/2018 - DJ Kris emceed a wedding reception I attended in June and he did a fantastic job. The music selection was spot on and there were a lot of happy (and often dancing) attendees. I plan to use his services for my next event - what higher praise is there?

6/4/2018 - In a stressful time such as your wedding, DJ Kris really was a pleasure to work with. We didn't have time to build a playlist but he took care of it with some small tips from us. 10/22/2017 - DJ Kris provided a fabulous evening of entertainment. Kris was both professional and personable. Our guests happily danced for hours, he provided a wide range of music and was able to accommodate all requests. He arrived hours prior to the event to prepare and setup all the equipment. His equipment was very high quality and the setup was aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend Kris and will definitely hire him again in the future.

8/19/2017 - DJ Kris is literally the best DJ I have ever heard. I met him during a friends wedding and he really took charge, whatever anyone wanted to listen to, even whatever the kids wanted him to play. DJ Kris is really by far the best DJ experience you will ever want to interact with. He would walk around to every table, introduce himself, hand them his card and ask for text requests. His lights & sound equipment are buy far the best I've ever heard, all professional, clear and powerful when requested! He stays till everybody's done, what a great guy!

7/7/2017 - Kris was punctual, professional, communicated with me throughout the experience and I will definitely be requesting his services at our next event. He provided a great variety of music at our 4th of July campground festivities and kept people entertained all day. A young man at the campground took an interest in his equipment and he actually taught him as he DJ'ed and took request from the crowd. If you need a great DJ with tons of musical experience and a hard diligent worker who wants your event to be as successful as he can make it, look no further!

6/11/2017 - Kris was our DJ on our wedding day, a small backyard event. He came early and set up hours before the guests arrived which was awesome in my book. He played a great mix of music had both the bride and groom's folks up and dancing we loved it! Thank you Kris for helping make our special day so much more fun!

6/6/2017 - My Husband and I got married in Sutter Creek this past weekend on June 3rd at the Hotel Sutter, Kris was our DJ and from the moment I met Kris I was nothing but satisfied. He knew his stuff I had no need to stress, whenever I messaged him he always responded quick and on the day of he was more than early set up his awesome equipment and did what he needed to do with no problems we danced all night his lighting was awesome and my guests were happy and most important so was I so thank you so much Kris for keeping my wedding Live upbeat and Fun it was such an awesome amazing once in a lifetime experience.. The Best Night of Our lives!

5/30/2017 - Went, to a wedding SATURDAY MAY 27TH .. the Dj was playing great music , and you can text a song you want to hear and he will play it, which was a cool. I would highly recommend Sacramento Dj service he keeps the party entertained.

12/27/2016 - The best music mix ever! Such an energetic DJ! Everything was perfect! Can't wait til my birthday for another party with music! On time, professional and easy going guy! Great equipment and great sound. Plenty of new music and old stuff too! They're wasn't a song he didn't know and have on hand! Kris is so experienced we had nothing to worry about!

10/5/2016 - We used Sacramento DJ Service for our wedding on 10/1/16. Our event was at The Flower Farm in Loomis. We wanted service music, reception music, and of course Karaoke. Kris had it all. He emailed music suggestions and ideas for the event. He was professional and prepared. The event went off with out a hitch, very successful (as I am now married). His price was extremely competitive for services offered. If I have another event, Sacramento DJ Service will be my first choice. There were no hidden costs. Thank-you Kris for all you did for our wedding. It was a pleasure working with you.

9/23/2016 - Amazing experience with this fella! Not only did he provide great music & sound using high quality equipment for our event, he was able to keep our party (both young & old) fully entertained for the five hours we had with him. We heard nothing but compliments from our guests. The best thing that I have to say about this man is that he has a HUGE HEART, and it shows. For the DJ to show emotion while the guests of honor danced, shows his love and passion for his job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

9/22/2016 - Our wedding 9-17-16 Kris was awesome to work with on planning. He came up with what ever song I requested, and he showed up in plenty of time for setting up, and he showed all our guest respect. I would definitely have Kris play at any of our events again. 11/4/2019 - Updated review Kris is awesome, he shows up early for setup so it's ready to go when you want your party started. Actually has you request songs before the event to make sure everything is working properly. I highly recommend him. One of his best things is he has cell phone on site so you can text requests rather than try to talk over the music. A++++

10/28/2019 - This is the second year DJ Kris has helped with our event. I am the coordinator for my sons elementary schools annual carnival. DJ Kris was the only DJ who understood that every dollar we spent and made directly affected our kids and generously worked with our schools budget. DJ Kris arrived and was set up two hours early. Not only did he play upbeat music which had the kids dancing all night but he helped promote and call the numbers for our cake walk game. Our event would not have been as successful or memorable without the help and generosity of DJ Kris!

10/26/2019 - I just hosted a Halloween party for 130 people. Kris was our DJ and MC - he did such a fantastic job!! He was promptly here by 9am and stayed until 4:30 pm. Everyone loved him!

5/18/2019 - I highly recommend DJ Kris. He welcomed my request of songs and made a playlist for my husband's 70th birthday party. He showed up early and had a nice set-up. The music was terrific!

4/6/2019 - DJ Kris was great! Very responsive to our emails and even met us in person to discuss our musical taste and event needs. Did a lovely job as our MC during the reception. Kris played all of our favorite songs and took request from our guest via text. We had a blast and danced the night away. Thank you for helping make our big day so special.

2/20/2019 - DJ Kris was the amazing, he arrived nice and early and was set up with all his lighting and newest equipment when we arrived at our wedding reception. He had all the songs we asked for ahead of time. I would highly recommend DJ Kris for your event. I will definitely consider using him again in the future!

Very friendly and understanding of Spanish music and mixed in new and old school songs for all generations to dance to also he personally cut music per our request so we can do a waltz for our family.
